Service dept forgot to tighten the lug nuts on a rim of a family member's electric vehicle, one lug nut therefore fell off and another was about to fall off, and a terrible accident almost occurred with my wife and daughter in vehicle.
Also returned vehicle covered in bird droppings. Really wish they'd do better.

The new service Manager Ray and his staff in particular Scott went above and beyond to restore our confidence in Chandler Porsche service department. While it took longer than expected, to repair our car they more than made up for the delay. Ray took the time to listen to our concerns and in conjunction with Scott made sure that we understood all that went into the repairs, there was an extensive amount of work that needed to be done.
We are very happy with the repairs as well as the stellar Customer Service provided by Ray and his Staff.

We had a wonderful experience at Porsche Chandler. My wife got a very gently used Porsche Macan T in a beautiful papaya color. Our dealer Yoshi (Yashas Kulkarni) is the coolest, nicest and most knowledgeable guy. He was so easy to work with and absolutely no pressure. He is funny and chill. Definitely choose that dealership over Scottsdale if you are getting a Porsche in Arizona and Yoshi is your guy. 5+ service!!! Like any other dealership they want to sell you some stuff but simple no will do. Just get the wheel protection which is probably worth it.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Porsche and I am amazed by the amazing quality of the customer service. I am so happy and thankful to Chris Summerfeld for his help. He was always very attentive and always making sure we had everything we needed throughout the process. They also.had a kids play area wich is a big plus. In January of 2023, I purchased a 2007 Porsche Boxster from Porsche Chandler. During the walkaround of the vehicle, salesman Chris Pauken commented that the rear glass had “been replaced” while speaking of the other service items that had been done to prepare the car for sale. Bought a pre-owned BMW X5 from Porsche Chandler from out of state. Joe was very accommodating throughout the process and reasonably responsive. Joe picked me up from the airport and the team was extremely friendly during the purchasing process.
