Horrible scheduling and poor communication. 3-day job by the book took three plus weeks, even with the parts ordered ahead of time. This was not the first time. My previous appointment was a 2 hr post purchase inspection and it took two days
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this Porsche service department has been extremely disappointing.
I purchased a 2021 Porsche Taycan approximately six months ago with only 18,000 miles on it. After driving it a few thousand miles, I brought the vehicle in to complete several Porsche software updates.
Approximately 100 miles later, the car displayed a serious electrical system malfunction warning. The dealership kept the vehicle for about two weeks and informed me the issue had been resolved. However, less than a mile after leaving the dealership, the exact same warning returned.

Chandler Porsche got me in quickly, dx’d the problem, got parts and got me back on the road sooner than i expected. Very friendly. As an added bonus, my air conditioning vents, which barely blew air before, blow strong and cold! Highly recommend!!

I was there for a simple recall to put 2 plugs in where my headlights are on my boxter.I was there for over an hour and a 1/2 total for no reason other than they wanted to make more work for themselves.So they could sell it to me. They did an inspection without my knowledge.And at least should've told me up front instead of wasting my time. While the vehicle repair itself was excellent, the communication and customer service fell short.My service advisor was completely unreachable; she was absent during our check-in, failed to return multiple scheduling calls, and never notified us when the vehicle was ready. Additionally, my husband was not offered a shuttle or Uber ride to work upon arrival. He is always kind and explains things best he can. There were issues with the software and associated digital support from Porsche that were poorly understood and explained by dealership staff. These remain unresolved at this time but we have been assured there are no serious problems with the vehicle but, instead, reflect a problem with Porsche North America digital support from. We plan to return to the dealership soon to continue to pursue this issue. This has been a very disappointing experience!

My porsche was a 7,500 miles from the last oil change and I needed a recall update, I told them to just change the oil. the told me well you have 2,500 to go i.e. said I could wait. I appreciated them bringing it out and for their honesty. that is a great sign of a good company

Incorrect information given to us over the phone on what was under our warranty. Once I arrived to the dealership the person did not know what they were doing. The customer service was less than professional.
Dealer was very efficient in getting paperwork done electronically. Chris, Sales Rep, helpful in finding the right car and facilitating the deal. Dealer agreed to "deliver" (ship) the car to our residence. Too bad it arrived with chipped windshield, which, Chris agreed had not been noticed or existed before.
